You should probably get a webserver -> Xampp perhaps. In this instance, you can forever have the UP-TO-DATE client files, all you need to do is open the world you desire, get the information that I will post below.I will explain in details on what you need to get started and I will make you download your own evony-client and etc. Evony can be easily emulated based on the fact, their client gives away everything you need to get started.Well, I tried making my own emulator but I lost interest.
